Mason Decker
Mason serves as President of Eagle Surveying, bringing over 20 years of surveying experience and a proven ability to lead a growing organization. He focuses on guiding Eagle’s managers, strengthening operations, and positioning the company for continued expansion across Texas. Mason has overseen a diverse range of projects including schools, universities, municipal infrastructure, corridor improvements, subdivisions, multi-family housing, commercial developments, parks, airports, and civic facilities. Under his leadership, Eagle has earned a reputation for accuracy, responsiveness, and client-focused service. Mason’s leadership style emphasizes accountability and developing talent from within, ensuring Eagle continues to grow while delivering the highest level of service to its clients.

Tyler McCaslin
Tyler oversees Eagle’s daily operations with a results-oriented approach that balances client priorities with team efficiency. His leadership has been key in major projects such as Globe Life Field, the DART Commuter Rail Project, and multiple Buc-ee’s developments across Texas. Tyler is known for streamlining workflows and keeping projects on schedule, ensuring every department works in sync to meet client needs. His practical management style and clear communication make him both a trusted partner for clients and a steady leader for Eagle’s internal teams.

Matt is a Texas-licensed Registered Professional Land Surveyor with a reputation for accuracy and reliability on high-visibility projects with over 2 decades of experience. He has overseen surveys for medical campuses, airports, schools, subdivisions, and municipal facilities, ensuring each deliverable meets the strictest professional standards. From ALTA and topographic surveys to platting, Matt’s expertise covers the full spectrum of surveying services. Known for his precision and clear communication, Matt ensures technical requirements are fully understood while guiding projects forward with efficiency and confidence.

Caleb McCanlies
Caleb is a Texas-licensed Registered Professional Land Surveyor whose work reflects Eagle’s broad project expertise, including commercial developments, multi-family communities, airports, subdivisions, and civic projects. He is committed to consistency and precision, guiding survey teams to deliver dependable results across a wide variety of project types. Caleb’s approach blends technical expertise with mentorship, helping crews strengthen their skills while maintaining Eagle’s reputation for accuracy and responsiveness. Clients and colleagues value his steady leadership and his ability to keep projects on track from start to finish.

Patrick Mallon

Patrick Mallon
Patrick is a Texas-licensed Registered Professional Land Surveyor with over a decade of experience in the field, research, and drafting. He began his surveying career in 2013 as an instrument man and went on to complete his B.A. in History from the University of North Texas in 2020. Patrick has supported major retail developments, new residential subdivisions, and easement preparation across the DFW metroplex. His project work includes Popeyes, Club Carwash, and BJ’s Brewery locations. Known for his precision and professionalism, Patrick successfully passed all of his licensing exams on the first attempt.
Managers
Keith Christensen
Keith has been a dedicated professional in the surveying industry since 1999, with extensive expertise in field operations and project management. As Reality Capture Manager at Eagle Surveying, he has been instrumental in advancing technology-driven practices that improve the precision, speed, and efficiency of traditional surveying. His diverse experience includes topographic, boundary, and utility as-built surveys, along with specialized work in railroad alignment, construction layout, and high-rise development. Keith’s portfolio also includes major federally funded initiatives and state infrastructure projects, giving him the ability to deliver accurate results in complex, high-stakes environments. Known for his hands-on approach, Keith blends deep technical expertise with forward-looking leadership—helping Eagle integrate emerging technologies into practical workflows that consistently produce higher-quality outcomes for clients.
Mike Skelton
Mike, with Eagle since 2016, is a 20-year industry veteran with significant experience in large scale construction projects including the LBJ Express Tollway Project, the DFW Amazon Distribution Center, and many subdivisions and commercial developments.
He is skilled at communicating with our many Construction partners and conveying to the field crews to execute staking to plans.Rodney Lambert
Rodney oversees Eagle’s field operations, managing 16 survey crews across Texas. His leadership ensures that teams are prepared, efficient, and consistent in delivering results on a wide range of projects. Rodney has directed crews on municipal and infrastructure surveys, corridor and roadway improvements, and large-scale residential and commercial developments throughout the state. Known for his straightforward, accountability-driven style, Rodney keeps crews aligned with project goals while maintaining the accuracy and responsiveness that Eagle’s clients rely on.
Conner Fraser
Connor Fraser brings a strong technical background and leadership experience to Eagle Surveying, backed by a foundation in aviation and a specialized focus in unmanned aerial systems (UAS). Since entering the UAS field in 2021, he has supported high-profile projects involving LiDAR mapping and Photogrammetry for major clients, including Florida Power and Light.
Connor’s expertise in managing drone operations, maintaining FAA compliance, and executing detailed surveying and mapping projects aligns closely with Eagle Surveying’s dedication to accuracy and innovation. His role as Reality Capture Technician allows him to apply and expand his skills across a variety of complex surveying projects, including topographic surveys and commercial site developments.
Driven by a passion for emerging technologies, Connor plays an integral role in delivering precise, efficient, and high-quality survey solutions. His contributions continue to enhance the firm’s capabilities in reality capture and advanced geospatial data collection.
Administration
Kailey Kidd
Kailey became part of the Eagle Surveying team in August 2024 and plays a key role in supporting the daily flow of administrative processes.
With a background in the mortgage industry and experience as a licensed life insurance agent, she brings strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
At Eagle, Kailey assists with a variety of office support tasks, including sending out quotes, setting up new jobs in our system, and handling day-to-day administrative responsibilities. Her efficiency and positive attitude help ensure each project starts off smoothly.
Doree Deleon
Doree is the Administrative Coordinator at Eagle Surveying, where she leads the administrative team and helps keep daily operations running smoothly. Since joining the company in 2024 as a Customer Service Specialist, she has grown into a leadership role through her dedication and experience.
With a background in the land surveying industry since 2018, Doree is known for her supportive approach and ability to connect people across departments. She also serves as a key point of contact for clients and staff, helping ensure clear communication and collaboration.
A graduate of the University of North Texas, Doree brings a thoughtful and reliable presence to the Eagle Surveying team.
